Hot-dip galvanized steel plate (HDG GI) is anti-corrosion steel produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with cold rolled steel as substrate. A dense zinc coating forms on the steel surface, isolating air and moisture through sacrificial anode protection to achieve long-term rust prevention. We supply galvanized coils, cut-to-length sheets and slit strips with excellent bending, stamping and welding performance, widely used in construction, photovoltaic, electrical, home appliance and hardware industries. Full sizes in stock, customized zinc coating weight, spangle, Cr-free passivation and oil treatment are available.

• Hot-Dip Galvanized Plate (HDG GI, mainstream) Submerged in molten zinc at 460℃ with thick, high-adhesion zinc coating, suitable for indoor, outdoor and coastal corrosive environments, marked as code Z.
• Electro-Galvanized Plate (EG) Thin electroplated zinc layer with smooth surface, only for dry indoor small stamping parts, weaker anti-corrosion performance.
• Galvannealed Plate (ZF) Zinc-iron alloy coating after heating, zero spangle, perfect paint adhesion for automotive coated parts.
